Who we are

XSoft.pk is a cloud software company based at M-80, Ashyana Shopping Center, Gulberg 3, Lahore, Punjab 54600, Pakistan. We can be contacted on 0334-4655700 or at ali@xsoft.pk.

What information we collect

Enquiry details: name, phone number, email address, company name and the requirement you describe when you contact us through the website, WhatsApp or phone.
Account data: for subscribed clients, user names, roles and business records entered into the software by your team.
Technical data: browser type, device type, referring page and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through standard server logs and analytics.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, provide a quotation and arrange a demonstration.
To configure, host, support and maintain the software you subscribe to.
To send service notices, invoice reminders and — where you have agreed — occasional product updates.
To understand which pages of the website are useful, so the content and product information improve.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use client business data for marketing.

Data inside the software

Your business records — customers, employees, patients, students, invoices and stock — belong to you. We process that data only to operate the software for you, and access is limited to staff who need it for support. You may export your records at any time in Excel or PDF format. On termination of a subscription we retain data for a short handover period and then delete it, unless the law requires longer retention.

Security

Access is controlled by role, so each user sees only the modules they need. Data is encrypted in transit using SSL, passwords are stored hashed, activity is logged, and automated daily backups run on managed cloud infrastructure. Physical access to servers is controlled by the hosting provider.

Cookies

The website uses a small number of cookies for preferences and aggregate analytics. No cookie is used to build an advertising profile of individual visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Third parties

We use a cloud hosting provider to run the software, a messaging provider to send SMS and WhatsApp alerts, and email infrastructure to send service mail. Where a client asks us to integrate a payment gateway, accounting system or biometric device, that integration is configured only for that client and only for the purpose requested.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, request an export, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Write to ali@xsoft.pk and we will respond within a reasonable period. Data requests relating to records inside a client's system are handled together with that client.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the website or the software after an update means you accept the revised policy.
